Assistant Manager, Fund Services

Job Description:
  • Take care of operational matters and critical matters in relation to Fund accounting
  • To review financial statements, management accounts and accounting packages
  • Review Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values
  • Review capital call and distribution notices
  • Prepare, review waterfall and equalization workings
  • Ensure reporting requirements are well adhered to
  • Provide guidance to the team whereby necessary
  • Review and authorize Fund entities payments
  • Undertake general administration and other special projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:
  • Degree in accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA ) or finance or equivalent
