Establishing Search Perimeters

Working hand-in-hand with our clients, we evaluate their requirements and determine a targeted search pool of suitable candidates to find the best fit candidates. In this approach, it is important for our consultants to have a clear understanding of the client’s culture, the position responsibilities and necessary qualifications.

Assessing and Short-Listing Candidates

Secondly we contact, meet and assess potential candidates through telephone/emails and personal interviews. Our consultants will prepare a confidential candidate profile for each individual candidate which is presented for client review. Besides providing a truthful assessment on the candidates, our consultant will also assist in the coordination of interviews.

Search Closure and Guarantee

In the final selection of candidates, we consult with our clients to review top candidates provide honest opinions regardless of representations to support our clients hiring. Talent Legal frequently provides support in the negotiations between the client and candidate. After the search closure and placements we conduct constant follow-up with both client and candidate to ensure successful orientation of the new hire.
