HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
Our Client, a Top Prestigious Global Firm is seeking to recruit a HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager (contract).
Duration: Contract employment
Responsibilities:
- Assist
in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices
- Responsible
for full spectrum of HR function including recruitment, compensation &
benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, talent
management, etc
- Lead
ongoing HR projects to support and improve business processes
- Drive
the implementation of effective HR policies and procedures
- Drive
and participate actively in Employee Engagement activities and initiatives
- Maintains
the work structure by updating job requirements
- Supports
organization staff by establishing recruiting, interviewing program; counseling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and
recommendation of changes
- Prepares
employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and
training programs
- Ensures
legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource
regulatory requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and
representing the organization at hearings
- Enforces
management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource
policies and procedures
- Completes
human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
and following up on work results
- Manages
human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, business administration or equivalent
- Minimum
5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience
in managing human resources functions
- Possess
strong knowledge in local employment laws
- Knowledge
in payroll is of an advantage
