Corporate Secretarial Manager
Our Client, a Top Prestigious Global Firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Manager for their Funds division.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:                         

  • Manage and maintain a full spectrum of company secretarial duties including drafting of corporate documents, attendance of meetings, and processing of filings with regulators
  • Responsibility for compliance with internal policies as well as with provisions in Singapore Corporate Regulations, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance requirements
  • Lead and manage a team access
  • Liaise internally with Accounting, Business Development, Finance, and Compliance teams
  • Manage and maintain clients relationships
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding corporate secretarial requirements
  • Monitor and co-ordinate with agents and offices in relation to offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI and others
  • Performance management of direct reports to align objectives and performance with Group requirements
  • Oversee data management and record keeping processes and controls to ensure client records are appropriately maintained
  • Provide inputs and insights on team structuring and resource planning as well as workflows, processes and tools to continuously improve team performance and output
  • Keep abreast of relevant regulatory updates and changes from Singapore and off-shore regulators, as well as developments in the industry, and ensure relevant technical information is disseminated to the team along with appropriate training/communication
  • Assist with and monitor the implementation of the work migration plan, identify improvements/innovations to facilitate effective work migration and capacity building
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties whenever required

Requirements:          

  • Degree holder with minimum of 6 to 8 years of experiences in handling a portfolio independently
  • Qualified Chartered Secretary (ICSA) or currently pursing (ICSA)
  • Experience in handling portfolio particularly in fund administration will be of an advantage
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multitasking
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Adopt a professional attitude in handling clients
  • Self-motivated and proactive
