Manager / AM (Office Leasing)
Our client, a Top Prestigious Firm is seeking to recruit a Manager/Assistant Manager, Office leasing

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and develop growth strategies and be involved in marketing plans   
  • To research, identify and build a strong pipeline of target companies
  • To foster and maintain a strong relationship with existing tenants and related business associations, with aim of an increased clients base
  • Reports and come out with areas of improvements
  • To work with other business units in executing the marketing plans including, preparation of marketing collaterals
  • Conduct canvassing call to generate lead for lease and sale of office properties
  • Identify and attend to leasing/sale enquiries and conducting viewing and site visits
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in real estate, marketing or business related discipline
  • Minimally 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing and sale of commercial properties
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, motivated and is able to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
