Corporate Secretarial Assistant
Our Client, a Prestigious Firm is seeking for a Corporate Secretarial Assistant as part of their growing outfit.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative functions for instance filing, printing of documents among others
  • Work in the Corporate secretarial team to support them in organizing documents, preparation of corporate secretarial records for clients such as incorporation of companies,execute filings with ACRA, update & maintain statutory and corporate records required by Company Act, and other secretarial matters
  • Handling clients' inquiries
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other assignments as deployed

Requirements:

  • Possess 1 to 2 years of administrative experiences
  • Graduate with Diploma in business studies or of relevance
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and ability to commit to overtime is most welcome to apply
  • Team player and able to work well under a tight timeline
