Legal Secretary
Our client, a Well-regarded Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary (Corporate Finance).


  • Prepares and amendment of legal documents
  • Audio and copy typing of emails, letters, faxes and correspondence whenever necessary
  • Creation and updating of PowerPoint presentation
  • Managing the outlook calendars and diaries
  • Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, as required
  • Arrangement of business travel
  • Communicating at all levels within the firm in a clear and concise manner, whilst maintaining confidentially at all times
  • Undertaking of electronic and manual filing
  • Preparing bills and billing-related matters
  • Liaising with the Finance Support Department in relation to the completion of bills and related billing matters
  • Performing other ad hoc secretarial tasks as required and requested


  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Excellent personal communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail, including exceptional proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate and proficient audio typing skills (both English and Chinese)
